Well, I usually … Well, I usually think of the layout in my head real quick then I go and get everything together. For this page I thought of what I wanted it to look like, then picked out the page colors and patterns and cut the scalloped circle. I didn’t decide to add the vellum sentiment till half way through.I hardly ever sketch layout before hand I just remember them and let them develop as I go along.
Beautiful Layout … Beautiful Layout and Beautiful Baby. Do you already know what you are going to do and then pull your things together or is it pretty much spur of the moment?
I asked because I … I asked because I was scrapbooking this weekend and it took me forever to decide what I was going to do and how I was going to do it.
When I first … When I first started making my own layouts, I made templates of different shapes like large circles and different size rectangles, then I just moved them around the page until something looked good. Then I would take embellishments and do the same. After all that then I picked the colors. Maybe you should try that, It always worked for me.
I put eyelets on … I put eyelets on each corner and the placed round foam mounts o=under them. You could also use vellum tape if you don’t want to do that.
Gorgeous! Great job … Gorgeous! Great job….but please tell me you had your journaling written down or thought up before you started writing it down feverishly! LOL
I hang them just … I hang them just like a picture frame, you can get them framed at Michael’s I can’t remember how much it costs but you can use the coupon to get some great deals!
Another winner! I … Another winner! I love the colors; they are a great change from the traditional baby blue. I have question. Actually two. You mentioned in the video that the layout is not for a baby book, but for the wall. Did you do an album as well, or are all your layouts on the wall? How do you hang them on the wall? I haven’t done this as of yet and I am not sure how to.
