A non-religious poem would be very suitable. You could paste pictures of baby animals around it.

A baby changes things;

A poem is a great idea - you could also cut out pictures of babies and moms, share a story or two about good advice your parents gave you (if you can), song lyrics, whatever you think would be fun for her
