Get one with the clear pages that you slip paper into. It protects the pictures and decorations. I'll assume you want stereotypical girlyness (I did!) Put the birth announcement on the very first page, decorated around it with stickers. Put the baby's name, meaning, etc. above the announcement. Write it out on a piece of plain paper and glue it onto the patterned paper.
